The Auschwitz Album

This is not typical of what I would post on this blog as far as your typical political rant or story of the day. However, I stumbled across this website today and felt compelled to share this bit of history with all the Political Fish readers. History and politics are intricately interwoven and a fresh look back at history will surely affect your current view of the world today.

Israels Yad Vashem posted the Auschwitz Album on its website for the world to get an even closer look at the evil that took place there. Here is an excerpt from the introduction to the album.

The Auschwitz Album is the only surviving visual evidence of the process of mass murder at Auschwitz-Birkenau. It is a unique document and was donated to Yad Vashem by Lilly Jacob-Zelmanovic Meier.

The photos were taken at the end of May or beginning of June 1944, either by Ernst Hofmann or by Bernhard Walter, two SS men whose task was to take ID photos and fingerprints of the inmates (not of the Jews who were sent directly to the gas chambers). The photos show the arrival of Hungarian Jews from Carpatho-Ruthenia. Many of them came from the Berehovo Ghetto, which itself was a collecting point for Jews from several other small towns.

Early summer 1944 was the apex of the deportation of Hungarian Jewry. For this purpose a special rail line was extended from the railway station outside the camp to a ramp inside Auschwitz. Many of the photos in the album were taken on the ramp. The Jews then went through a selection process, carried out by SS doctors and wardens. Those considered fit for work were sent into the camp, where they were registered, deloused and distributed to the barracks. The rest were sent to the gas chambers. They were gassed under the guise of a harmless shower, their bodies were cremated and the ashes were strewn in a nearby swamp. The Nazis not only ruthlessly exploited the labor of those they did not kill immediately, they also looted the belongings the Jews brought with them. Even gold fillings were extracted from the mouths of the dead by a special detachment of inmates. The personal effects the Jews brought with them were sorted by inmates and stored in an area referred to by the inmates as “Canada”: the ultimate land of plenty.

I highly recommend you click the link and visit this stirring tribute and reminder of the Holacaust.

May this world NEVER revisit the days of this kind of evil. Keep your knowledge of history fresh insomuch that we will not be doomed to repeat it.

Senate employees encouraged to avoid Drudge

News conglomerate DrudgeReport is coming under fire as the healthcare debate is coming to a rushed close. Matt Drudge posted this flash message this morning.

SENATE WARNS EMPLOYEES TO AVOID THE DRUDGE REPORT
Tue Mar 09 2010 08:53:37 ET

Just as the healthcare drama in the capitol reaches a grand finale, congressional officials are warning employees to avoid the DRUDGE REPORT!

The Senate’s Committee on Environment and Public Works issued an urgent email late Monday claiming the DRUDGE REPORT is ‘responsible for the many viruses popping up throughout the Senate.’

The committee ordered hill staff: ‘Try to avoid’ the DRUDGE REPORT ‘for now’.

On Monday DRUDGE served over 29 million pages with NOT ONE email complaint received about ‘pop ups’, or the site serving ‘viruses’.

The site was seen 149,967 times since March 1st from users at senate.gov and 244,347 times at house.gov. [10,825 visits from the White House, eop.gov]

Nigerian Muslims slaughter 500 Christians

GRAPHIC – WARNING

Religion of peace we are told. Apparently not on Sunday.

Dogo Nahawa

That was when gangs of Muslim herders stormed a village in central Nigeria, opened fire into the air. When the villagers came out into the streets to see the commotion, the herders hacked to death this village of Christians with machetes, slaughtering at least 300 innocent men women and children with estimates up to 500.

Nigerian funeral

(Reuters) – Villagers in central Nigeria buried dozens of bodies, including those of women and children, in a mass grave on Monday after attacks in which several hundred people were feared to have been killed.

Mass grave nigeria

From AFP - Apparently the Religion of Peace had their warriors screaming “Allahu Ahkbar” as they slaughtered, hacked and burned the villagers for no other reason than for being Christian..aka not Muslims.

JOS, Nigeria (AFP) – UN chief Ban Ki-moon and Washington led calls for restraint on Monday after the slaughter of more than 500 Christians in Nigeria, as survivors told how the killers chopped down their victims.

Funerals took place for victims of the three-hour orgy of violence on Sunday in three Christian villages close to the northern city of Jos, blamed on members of the mainly Muslim Fulani ethnic group.

While troops were deployed to the villages to prevent new attacks, security forces detained 95 suspects but faced bitter criticism over how the killers were able to go on the rampage at a time when a curfew was meant to be in force.

Media reported that Muslim residents of the villages in Plateau state had been warned by phone text message, two days prior to the attack, so they could make good their escape before the exit points were sealed off.

Survivors said the attackers were able to separate the Fulanis from members of the rival Berom group by chanting ‘nagge’, the Fulani word for cattle. Those who failed to respond in the same language were hacked to death.

One local paper said the gangs shouted Allah Akhbar (God is Great) before breaking into homes and setting them alight in the early hours of Sunday. Churches were among the buildings that were burned down.

The Vatican led a wave of outrage with spokesman Federico Lombardi expressing the Roman Catholic Church’s “sadness” at the “horrible acts of violence“.

Let us pray now for these innocent people and their loved ones who suffered this atrocity for their faith at the hands of barbaric murderers.

Is the Pentagon shooter a righty or a lefty?

john-patrick-bedellWho cares???

It is bordering on near insanity these days when there is some sort of domestic attack, whether it be Joe Stack flying into the IRS building or John Patrick Bedell opening fire at the Pentagon Metro station, to fly into this name calling from the right or from the left. Was he a 9/11 Truther nutjob?? Was he a tree hugging liberal anarchist? Was he left? Was he right??

Here is the answer plain and simple. He was neither. He was a criminal loon launching an attack on our nation.

Rational people from the right and from the left can disagree on issues. It is to be expected.  But a simple google search  of the term “Pentagon Shooter” turns up a vast array of posts commenting on the rightiness or the leftiness of Mr. Bedell all the while ignoring the fact of the matter that it doesn’t matter. Mr. Bedell was insane. Clinically insane. The fact of the matter is that he came from California and was out of his mind. He came to launch an attack on the United States Military Headquarters. That is insane. Period.

He was a registered Democrat yes, but he was also in line with his writings of alot of the signs that you would see at a Tea Party. So what was he?? He was nuts. Period.

James Joyner from the blog Outside the Beltway sums it up best. Hopefully this stupidity will go away. Check out his site, he writes a great article on this subject.

Can we please stop with the political name-calling whenever one of these nuts goes off?

Look, we’re a big country.  There are over 300 million of us.  Almost everyone holds a position or two that’s way off the charts and a whole lot of people believe in 9/11 Trutherism, black helicopters, and all the rest.  Less than a handful of those people are out trying to kill people.    However stupid or loathesome a political view may be, the fact that some nut also holds it adds nothing to the counter-argument.

Iraq holds largest election in her history; Intimidation shunned

The Political Fish would like to thank George W. Bush for doing what was unpopular in the progressive leftist minds and boldly bringing freedom to the good people of Iraq. And a special thank you to the brave men and women of the United States Military for going and bravely executing the plan to bring these men and women the freedom they deserve. Those who have died in the fight will not have died for naught, even as I write this I am humbled to put these words out there.

Today, Iraqis celebrated that freedom by holding the largest election in the nations history, with over 3000 candidates on the ballot.

Brave Iraqi citizens turned out (the total number is still unclear) despite the threat of attacks from freedom hating terrorists, and despite 38 being killed in a series of bomb blasts designed to derail todays election.

Iraqi authorities said dozens of mortar and rocket attacks rattled Baghdad during the early hours of polling, although Defense Secretary Robert Gates said 80 percent of the explosions heard in the capital were believed to be noise bombs.

In the deadliest incident, 25 people were killed when an explosion destroyed a three-storey Baghdad apartment block. Rescuers pulled bodies from the rubble as a woman buried under debris screamed to be saved.

“It is terrible that lives have been lost, but it doesn’t change the course of the Iraqis,” said Ad Melkert, the U.N. special representative to Iraq. “There will be issues, but they are serious elections and many Iraqis have participated with great conviction.”

Iraq’s Independent High Electoral Commission said only two polling stations had to be closed briefly for security reasons.

The Islamic State of Iraq, an al Qaeda affiliate, had warned Iraqis not to vote and vowed to attack those who defied them.

The 96,000 U.S. troops still in Iraq stayed in the background, underscoring the waning American role in Iraq, but U.S. helicopter gunships provided aerial support.

Aswat Aliraq reported via Gatewaypundit on todays historic election.

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Voting centers closed their doors at 05:00 p.m. on Sunday, capping the largest election ever in the history of Iraq, where nearly 19 million voters from the nation’s 18 provinces picked their favorites amongst 6200 candidates to occupy the new parliament’s 325 seats.

Nearly 10,000 voting centers comprising 52,000 stations closed their doors amidst acts of violence that claimed the lives of more than 24 Iraqis and wounded 10 others who have been casting their votes since 07:00 a.m. today (March 7).

The new parliament is comprised of 325 seats: 68 from Baghdad, 31 from Ninewa, 24 Basra, 18 Thi-Qar, 17 Sulaimaniya, 16 Babel, 14 Arbil, 14 Anbar, 13 Diala and 12 seats for each of Kirkuk, Salah al-Din and Najaf and 11 for Wassit and Diwaniya while Missan, Duhuk, Karbala and Missan will get 10 seats and Muthanna only 7.

American Taliban captured??

gadahn

There appears to be conflicting reports out today as to the capture of treasonous American Taliban Adam Gadahn. From the AP this afternoon.

KARACHI, Pakistan – The American-born spokesman for al-Qaida has been arrested by Pakistani intelligence officers in the southern city of Karachi, two officers and a government official said Sunday as video emerged of him urging U.S. Muslims to attack their own country.

The arrest of Adam Gadahn represents a major victory in the U.S.-led battle against al-Qaida and will be taken as a sign that Pakistan, criticized in the past for being an untrustworthy ally, is cooperating more fully with Washington. It follows the recent detentions of several Afghan Taliban commanders in Karachi, including the movement’s No. 2 commander.

U.S. officials did not immediately confirm Gadahn’s capture.

Gadahn has appeared in more than half a dozen al-Qaida videos, taunting and threatening the West and calling for its destruction. A U.S. court charged Gadahn with treason in 2006, making him the first American to face such a charge in more than 50 years.

He was arrested in the sprawling southern metropolis of Karachi in recent days, two officers who took part in the operation said. A senior government official also confirmed the arrest, but said it happened Sunday. The discrepancy could not immediately be resolved.

They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to release the information.

The first report released from the AP was at approximately 4:30 EST. CBS released the following about an hour after, citing confusion over the militants identity and stating that the arrest was in fact not Adam Gadahn.

An “important Taliban militant” was arrested today in Pakistan. But that is where the confusion started.

Earlier it was reported by Pakistani media that intelligence agents had arrested Adam Gadahn, the American-born spokesman for al Qaeda, in an operation in the southern city of Karachi.

It was further reported by the Associated Press and Reuters that Gadahn had been arrested, sourcing security officials.

CBS News was told by sources in the Pakistan government that it was Gadahn, even after U.S. officials refused to confirm it was the California native for whom a $1 million reward has been posted.

Now, CBS News’ Farhan Bokhari in Islamabad writes that earlier reports the detained individual was Gadahn proved false. According to a Pakistan security official who spoke with CBS News on condition of anonymity, the arrested individual is in fact “a Taliban militant leader who is known as Abu Yahya.”

The official said evidence compiled from an interrogation of the suspect and information exchanged with U.S. officials verified the man’s identify.

The reassessment only added to the confusion surrounding the arrest of a man earlier described by other unnamed Pakistani security officials as Gadahn.

“In the light of our latest information, I can say, this is not looking like Gadahn. But it is still the arrest of an important Taliban militant,” said the Pakistani security official who spoke to CBS News late Sunday.

Looks like confusion is reigning the day on this story. Adam Gadahn for those who are not aware is the American-born spokesperson for Al-Qaeda, who has been prominently featured in numerous propaganda videos railing against the United States and calling for its destruction. Most recently, Gadahn released a video praising the Fort Hood massacre by Major Nidal Hassan. Hassan of course went on a shooting rampage at the largest US military facility and murdered 14 people on November 5, 2009.

JammieWearingFool has continuous updates on the story and other rumors surrounding it.

Updates Here (Samaa News), Here (Dawn.com). Many others are reporting the capture. We will have to wait for the US Military to confirm it is Adam Gadahn. From the GateWayPundit, here is a video of Gadahn from a few years back. HotAir says bummer, wasn’t him.

This man is a traitor and should be executed as such. Let’s just hope it does end up being Adam Gadahn who was captured today in Karachi.

SNL mocks “deeply unpopular” healthcare bill

“President Obama” goes after Harry Reid as well in the press conference on the healthcare bill. Reid “not the most intelligenic or charismatic guy around” acknowledges humbly that he may still lose. Check it out from HotairPundit.

Angry mob unpopular, couldn’t have said it any better myself!

Obama: “Now Senator Reid I’ll admit is in a different situation, he’s up for re-election this fall where health care is especially unpopular,I’m not sure why but it is, really, really unpopular, angry mob unpopular. Lets be frank, Harry Reid could lose this November but let me make something clear, I don’t think he will or at least it won’t be because this unpopular bill.

Health care could poll at 100% and Harry Reid would still have problems, I think even Harry would agree he is not the most intelligenic or charismatic guy around. Plus he has been hurt by some of the sleazy deals he cut with other Senators in order to get health care passed, I mean you have to acknowledge they were sleazy, I mean the cornhusker kickback, it just smelled bad”

Sen. Reid would like to congratulate 36K people who lost jobs this month

This folks, this is the Senate Majority Leader in the United States.

He is also an idiot.

The only thing better than 36K people losing their jobs….would be 36,001 which would have included Senator Harry Reid from Nevada. Sadly, we have to wait until November.

Pelosi: Bipartisan bills do not require bipartisan voting

This is the completion of the Sunday Nancy Pelosi triad of stupidity.

As she made her rounds on the Sunday talk circuit, this time Madame Speaker drops a gem on us from CNN’s “State of the Union”. The Hill.com reported:

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Sunday that Republicans have left their mark on the healthcare bill and should accept that the bill will go forward.

“They’ve had plenty of opportunity to make their voices heard,” she said on CNN’s “State of the Union” Sunday morning. “Bipartisanship is a two-way street. A bill can be bipartisan without bipartisan votes. Republicans have left their imprint.”

Ok, its possible that I am just a political novice, or even just completely stupid myself, but that is complete drivel rolling off the lips of the third in line to the Presidency. Four years ago, when the Democrats took control of the Congress and the position of Speaker was handed off to Nancy Pelosi, it was a monumental moment for women in America. The Speaker of the House was a woman. We all cheered. It was terrific.

X Chromosomes have now been made to look  inept thanks to Speaker Pelosi.

Pelosi caracitureI’m sorry, im not sexist…I believe women should rise to whatever position their qualifications allow but this woman has done the womens movement no justice at all.

Bipartisanship is quite a simple philosophy really. Two parties work together to craft a piece of legislation out of compromise and competing ideologies. Likely members of both sides will vote in favor, both sides will vote against.

Removing the GOP from the process of healthcare reform because you CAN does not mean bipartisan. Removing elements from the bill because you had to save the jobs of members from the Democratic caucus is partisan. If those members were from the GOP…it would be bi-partisan.

Nancy, I hope this helped.

Pelosi to Dems: Sacrifice careers for ObamaCare

pelosi-nancy-stareMadame Speaker is full of tidbits today from her interview with Elizabeth Vargas on “This Week”.

Speaker Pelosi, in a tacit admission that she knows this bill is wildly unpopular with the American people, called for her Democrat colleagues to sacrifice their careers to get the ObamaScare disaster passed. I suppose this would be a call to legislative kamikaze tactics, which should worry the American people. It also clarifies what we have known all along that this bill is ideologically driven, and not driven by the needs of our country or the desires of the citizenry.

Thanks for clarifying Nan… check out her own words (skip ahead to the 2:50 mark if you cannot stomach the entire interview)

From the AP

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi urged her colleagues to back a major overhaul of U.S. health care even if it threatens their political careers, a call to arms that underscores the issue’s massive role in this election year.

Lawmakers sometimes must enact policies that, even if unpopular at the moment, will help the public, Pelosi said in an interview being broadcast Sunday the ABC News program “This Week.”
“We’re not here just to self-perpetuate our service in Congress,” she said. “We’re here to do the job for the American people.”

It took courage for Congress to pass Social Security and Medicare, which eventually became highly popular, she said, “and many of the same forces that were at work decades ago are at work again against this bill.”

Brain-dead libtard quote of the day

No, this one is actually NOT straight from the lips of Joe Biden, I know I was shocked too.

No, even better. Nancy Pelosi today commented on her common views and common ground that she shares with the Tea Party movement in an interview with Elizabeth Vargas on “This Week” on ABC. You gotta see it to believe it.

From Newsbusters, here is the transcript.

You will remember this past summer the mouth foaming rage that Speaker Pelosi was engaged in at the mere mention of the Tea Parties that were going on across the country, yes even in her uber-liberal district in San Francisco. She accused the Tea Partiers of being shills for the Republican party (a line she still clings to in the interview) Nazis, that they were inciting violence, and of course the famous line that we are all just astroturf and not a real grass roots moment.

Pelosi weird

Somebody should inform the Speaker that she is the target of most of the anger coming out of the Tea Party movement. The Obama/Reid/Pelosi cabal is the front and center focus of the Tea party movement and the ire from within it.

Oh and I might add, shame on Elizabeth Vargas for refusing to be an actual journalist and challenging the Speaker on such a ludicrous statement. There is no common ground, and her assertion that we have common ground on special interest groups is moot since she is in bed with the special interests on every level.

Obama against reconciliation before he was for it

Flip Flop

I guess this is what happens when you get that sweet taste of absolute power on your lips. Your beliefs no longer matter when it fits your own purposes, and that is what we have here. President Obama back in 2005 (along with many other Senate Dem’s at the forefront of the healthcare debate) brought strong language against the Senate Republicans (the majority at the time) who had threatened to use reconciliation as a means to pass their agenda.

NO NO NO…you can’t do that!!!

Oh my what a difference a few years makes. Here is the blatant hypocrisy from the lips of Dear Leader Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton and Chuck Schumer among others. Watch this all the way through. It’s precious material.

From Breitbart.tv

Joe Biden had by far one of the best quotes of them all.

Biden: “I pray God when the Democrats take back control we don’t make the kind of naked power grab you are doing

Like I say, in just a few short years..the leaders of this administration have sold their soul for a naked power grab of 1/6 of the US economy.

Shameless tyrants.

Obama: Harness the Olympic spirit to force through my HC bill

Well, I can’t fault the guy for being creative in spouting his rhetoric and propaganda concerning the healthcare boondoggle that he plans on forcing down the throats of an American public who does not want it.

Since no one ever watches these useless propagandizing weekly addresses, I’ll put it out there for you, if you can stomach it.

From WhiteHouse.gov

As the Winter Olympics draw to a close this weekend, I just want to take a minute to congratulate all the athletes who competed in these games.  And I especially want to say how proud I am of all the American men and women have achieved over the last few weeks.

Whether it was the men’s hockey team’s stunning upset of the Canadians on their way to the gold-medal game, Lindsey Vonn’s heroic gold-medal comeback from a shin injury, or Apolo Ohno becoming the most decorated American winter Olympian of all time, you can’t help but be inspired by the sheer grit and athletic prowess on display in Vancouver.

And it’s not just the medal count that’s inspiring – though we’ve certainly done great on that score.  What’s truly inspiring is the character of the men and women who have won those medals.  The sacrifices they’ve made.  The integrity they’ve shown.  The indomitable Olympic spirit that says no matter who you are or where you come from or what difficulties you may face, you can work hard and train hard and still triumph in the end.  That is why we watch.  That is why we cheer.  That is why in the middle of an extremely challenging time for America, we’ve been able to come together as one nation for a few weeks in February and swell with pride at what our citizens have achieved.

Now, when it comes to meeting the larger challenges we face as a nation, I realize that finding this unity is easier said than done – especially in Washington.  But if we want to compete on the world stage as well as we’ve competed in the world’s games, we need to find common ground.  We need to move past the bickering and the game-playing that holds us back and blocks progress for the American people.

We know it’s possible to do this.  And we were reminded of that last week when Democrats and Republicans in the Senate came together to pass a jobs bill that will give small businesses tax credits to hire more workers.  We also saw it when Democrats and Republicans in the House came together to pass a bill that will force insurance companies to abide by common-sense rules that prevent price-fixing and other practices that drive up health care costs.

We need that same spirit of cooperation and bipartisanship when it comes to finally passing reform that will bring down the cost of health care and give Americans more control over their insurance.  On Thursday, we brought both parties together for a frank and productive discussion about this issue.  In that discussion, we heard many areas of agreement.  Both sides agreed that the rising cost of health care is a serious problem that plagues families, small businesses, and our federal budget.  Many on both sides agreed that we should give small businesses and individuals the ability to participate in a new insurance marketplace – which members of Congress would also use – that would allow them to pool their purchasing power and get a better deal from insurance companies.  And I heard some ideas from our Republican friends that I believe are very worthy of consideration.

But still, there were differences.  We disagreed over whether insurance companies should be held accountable when they deny people care or arbitrarily raise premiums.  I believe they should.  We disagreed over giving tax credits to small businesses and individuals that would make health care affordable for those who don’t have it.  This would be the largest middle class tax cut for health care in history, and I believe we should do it.  And while we agreed that Americans with pre-existing conditions should be able to get coverage, we disagreed on how to do that.

Some of these disagreements we may be able to resolve.  Some we may not.  And no final bill will include everything that everyone wants.  That’s what compromise is.  I said at the end of Thursday’s summit that I am eager and willing to move forward with members of both parties on health care if the other side is serious about coming together to resolve our differences and get this done.  But I also believe that we cannot lose the opportunity to meet this challenge.  The tens of millions of men and women who cannot afford their health insurance cannot wait another generation for us to act.  Small businesses cannot wait.  Americans with pre-existing conditions cannot wait.  State and federal budgets cannot sustain these rising costs.

It is time for us to come together.  It is time for us to act.  It is time for those of us in Washington to live up to our responsibilities to the American people and to future generations.  So let’s get this done.

Thanks for listening.

Strange, but I don’t think the Olympic spirit and the dedication of American athletes has anything at all to do with an arrogant executive forcing his will against the will of the people he works for…call me crazy.

Maybe next week you will have a better comparison Mr. President.

The class of a former US President

george-w-bushThis should be a lesson to all former and current Presidents on how to conduct yourself when you leave the spotlight. America has had a long-standing tradition among former Presidents to not criticize the sitting US President, and to remain on the sidelines unless specifically called upon.

Sadly, the two previous Democrat Presidents have bucked that tradition and have inserted themselves into attempting to atone for their failures as President by criticizing the current. Bill Clinton was the least of these after he left office, only on occasion inserting himself. Jimmy Carter however could not leave well enough alone after all of these years, as he constantly would badger George Bush, all the while further embarrassing himself by bringing back to light his failed 4 years. From Breitbart.com

Former US president George W. Bush told a group of his White House aides at a breakfast Friday that he is “trying to regain a sense of anonymity,” an event attendee confirmed to AFP.Bush also told the group that he was pleased former vice president Dick Cheney had taken a lead role in defending their national security policies, declaring: “I’m glad Cheney is out there.”

The former president, who also touted his administration’s domestic agenda, said he was resolved to keep a low profile and indicated he did not want to be a thorn in the side of President Barack Obama.

“I have no desire to see myself on television. I don’t want to be on a panel of formers instructing the currents on what to do. I’m trying to regain a sense of anonymity,” Bush said.

“I didn’t like it when a certain former president — and it wasn’t 41 or 42 — made my life miserable,” he said in a reference to Jimmy Carter, who infuriated the Bush White House in 2007 when he accused the administration of allowing the use of torture on terror suspects.

Another reason I admire former President George W. Bush.

MSNBC’s Ed Schultz: Cheney’s heart a political football

Apparently part of the requirement to get a job over at our good friends from MSNBC is to have zero class whatsoever.

Recently, we reported that Dick Cheney, the former Vice President of the United States had been taken to the hospital in Washington and was reported to have had his 4th heart attack. Well, the lefty loons out there pounced all over it, and in their classic libtard style began launching their classless tirades against the former Veep.

Amazing how bleeding heart liberals will whine when you chop down a tree, whine about people dying because of the American healthcare system, whine about everything under the sun in the name of helping people. Then when someone gets sick that just happens to be a conservative, the blood hounds come out and they attack a man on his sick bed. Classy folks. Listen to this idiot rant at your own peril.

Don’t worry Mr. Schultz, conservatives will likely pray for a speedy recovery when you burst that blood vessel in your head that always seems to be pulsating with your rage.
