US Soldier Demands apology from Claire McCaskill
There is something special about watching a United States soldier stand up to the elected leaders (and I use that term loosely) and tell them what the Constitution is all about.

That my friends is in a nutshell exactly why the American people are loudly and aggressively voicing their anger at their elected officials. Healthcare is NOT a civil right, it is NOT an inalienable right, and does NOT fall under the general welfare clause of the Constitution. Lets keep working to kill this healthcare bill. Scrap it, start over, and reform the parts that actually need reformation (hello tort reform). The government should NOT be in the business of health control, as he so aptly put it.
